Balu Narayan is a Chartered Accountant FCA(ICAI) & Internal Auditor CIA (IIA-Florida). He is also on the panel as an Independent Director with IICA (MCA,GOI). He has had a 3 decade long professional career focusing on Internal Audit and during this time he had his own practice before becoming partner of Pipalia Singhal & Associates (Pune) till his retirement from the firm in 2024. He was also the Vice President of Pune Audit Club, affiliated to IIA-Bombay Chapter for 3 years and was part of the executive committee for over a decade.
He has founded The Second Opinion (2021) & vBoard™ India (2023) both pioneering websites offering virtual consultancy.
