Cancellation & Refund Policy
At vBoard India, we believe every client deserves clarity, fairness, and flexibility. While our experts invest significant time, expertise, and strategic thinking into every engagement, we also recognize that business priorities can change unexpectedly.
Accordingly, this Fair Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to balance the interests of both clients and experts by allowing reasonable cancellations, refunds, and alternate resolutions in genuine cases.
Cancellations may be requested before delivery without difficulty, and in certain exceptional circumstances even after delivery, including cases of material inaccuracy or redundancy caused by subsequent events. For phased or continuing engagements, cancellation may apply to the undelivered portion of the service.
Wherever possible, vBoard India will endeavor to provide a fair remedy, including refunds, revised opinions, alternate experts, or substitute services, depending on the circumstances.
Our objective is simple: to ensure every engagement remains transparent, equitable, and value-driven for all stakeholders.
Specific Terms of Cancellation and Refund
1. Customers can choose to exit /change/ terminate the agreement as per terms of Agreement.
2. .Any shortfall in agreed payment as per Agreement / invoice raised can result in cessation of services .
2a. For any short payment, notice as per Agreement/ invoice will be sent which should be paid within 7 days.
2b. If payment is not received with 7 days, website can retain up to 50% of fee as per Agreement.
2c. Balance after retention of 50% shall be payable within 15 days of notice.
3. Non Availability of Expert can be a valid reason for an User to exit/ terminate Agreement subject to the following:.
3.a.The alternate choice of expert will be provided by website within 7 days of default.
3b. At least 2 choices will be provided by vBoard within 7 days of default.
3c. The User can still Exit/ Terminate the Agreement if not satisfied with alternatives.
4. If the User still Exits/ Terminates the Agreement then vBoard shall make a full refund within 20 days.
